San Francisco Bay Trail

The trail is a paved recreational corridor encircling the San Francisco and San Pablo Bays. I began it with a bike ride from Larkspur, crossed an inlet near San Rafael and headed south to San Francisco.  |
 Along the trail, several views of San Quentin beyond the Corte Madera Ecological Preserve. |

 Mainly uphill around Ring Mountain. |
 |
 Nice views of San Francisco across the bay from the Tiburon. |
 |
 ....with a brief stop at Angel Island State Park. |
The picturesque town of Sausalito across the bay from San Francisco.  |
